SIRHA: FOOD INNOVATION ATTRACTS MORE AND MORE!
Sirha, the world’s largest food services event, took place in Lyon (France) from January 21st to 25th, 2017. This new edition broke records with a 10% increase of attendance compared to the previous year. Introducing hundreds of innovations about « tomorrow’s food».
