The French love beef, but why?

According to a CREDOC study beef provides a good nutritional balance more than pork, deli meats or even ready-made meals. It also provides more pleasure than other types of meat.

We can note a certain number of qualities that beef provides: it is nourishing, it has taste, it is one of the foods that we enjoy eating, it is an easy food to cook, it contains proteins that help develop muscles, it is a food that we enjoy sharing with our loved ones, and finally it is a symbol of the French meal.

However, there are some reservations about the price, the sustainability, the practicality of use and the preparation time.
